It's Past

The Piano used to be owned by Mrs Linda Cope. Here are her own words about the piano:

"The piano was given to me by my late husband for my birthday some 30 years ago and my intention was to have lessons as I was unable to play.

Sadly, because life was so busy, I never did learn to play and eventually gave the piano to my dear friend Margaret who played it beautifully and enjoyed doing so right up until her death recently, aged 95."

It's Present

  • The piano was rescued in October, 2025

  • The price for this piano was in total: £240

The Piano now lives in a concert pianists' flat in Willesden Green. She is currently completing her masters at the Royal Academy of Music and uses the piano for her practice. She loves the piano- especially because of its heavier keys which is ideal for practicing!
